Justin Johnson, one of the men accused of killing Young Dolph, is a sex offender.
According to WLBT, in 2015, Johnson was found guilty of extreme rape. He is required to report every March, June, September and December to the Memphis Police Department. He did not report to the MPD in December 2021 and is violating the 2004 criminal justice law.
Johnson is charged with murdering a first-person, attempted murder of a first-person (for shooting his brother Young Dolph who was a rapper when he was killed), for being a gunman, using a firearm in an emergency. and theft of more than $ 10,000.

He has also been charged with failing to report a tenure to a Tennessee sex offender.
During Johnson’s arrest, police also found 27-year-old Shundale Barnett, wanted in connection with the murder of Young Dolph. A third person, Cornelius Smith, had already been arrested in connection with the theft of a white Mercedes car that was allegedly used as an escape vehicle in a shooting.
