
The Vampires, werewolves, rock bands, winners, even the Nazis. Taika Waititi has made all the jokes. And then he will try to do it on seven seas with a very offbeat bandit gang.
The the show is called Our Flags Mean Death and it is coming to HBO Max in March. It is produced and exhibited by David Jenkins, but Waititi is in the team as a senior producer and pilot. She is the star of Rhys Darby (Flight of the Conchords, Jumanji) as Stede Bonnet, “a nobleman who gave up his violent life and became a criminal.” The trailer also reveals the views of Waititi who starred in as the evil Blackbeard, as well as starring other stars such as Kristian Nairn (Hodor from Game of Thrones), Joel Fry (Jasper from Cruella), Nat Faxon (911 comments), Leslie Jones (Magicians), and several other well-known theaters. Showrunner Jenkins and well-known at the 2016 TBS show People of the World and this seems to contain fish in the water that look like a show, and disrespect the work of Waititi as a What We Do in Pictures, Flying Conchords, title: ragnarok, and Jojo Kalulu. And the actors were just taken from every amazing episode we’ve been seeing for years.
And you may not believe it but Stede Bonnet’s story is true. The show is described as “stable” on it, which means that the idea of a rich man of real cosplaying as a pirate is just dug out of wild jokes as much as possible.
“An idea like this is jumping on the page and you can think of it at any time,” said Sarah Aubrey, head of HBO Max events, when the show was first announced. “David and Taika’s special contribution to the Bonnet crisis on long seas is fun and entertaining to people everywhere.”

We just saw the trailer but we love to admit it. Will it come to a kind of a What We Do in Pictures? Time will tell. But even that small piece can make a show worth a look. Arrives at HBO Max in March.
