The former Republican Attorney General in Kansas appears to be fearful and self-justified in prosecuting Republicans on false election documents.
Former Kansas AG expert Philip Kline wrote:
Michigan AG Dana Nessel is meddling in his office and trying to break the political stalemate by using “false” allegations to support Michigan’s 2020 GOP election.
The timing of the attack – one year after that – proves to be a political one.

Attempts to use false credentials to thwart the Presidential election are not politically motivated. Kline talks about attempting to rob the United States government and rioting to keep Donald Trump in power.
Prosecution is not political. AGs like Dana Nessel need to prosecute those who violate the law. It’s his job.
Republicans sound scared because they can be prosecuted
Republicans are apprehensive because they are slowly realizing that they will not relinquish their right to seize power. Fear has begun, which is why he is trying to make the seizure sound like a disagreement.
False Republican candidates who signed false statements to try to get Trump to run for office could be prosecuted.
Klein’s writings should not be considered as forceful statements but as Republicans trying to prosecute those who are prosecuting for their crimes.
Republicans are scared because they thought they would not steal the election.
They were wrong.
